Float To The Fire “Freedom Float”

Decorate your boats and yourself in Red, White & Blue and float from Yanney Park to Kearney Paddle Sports where we will enjoy a fire and some social time as a group, be sure to bring a beverage and a chair. Leave a vehicle at Kearney Paddle Sports beforehand and plan on launching around 7:00 pm. This will be a great time of day to beat the heat and still leave plenty of daylight to complete the float. If you’re early that’s fine, if you’re later that’s also fine we will see you at the fire. We encourage everyone to arrange transport but there will be plenty of people to catch a ride with so no worries. Kearney Paddle Sports is located at 535 Avenue M, Kearney Ne. when you arrive at this location just follow the sign on Ave. M East through the RV park, the road will dead-end at the boat ramp.
