The Kearney Whitewater Association has commissioned two separate studies; the first was a conceptual design study completed by S2O Design & Engineering to demonstrate project feasibility. The second was an economic impact study completed by Daniel Zavadil, a student at the University of Nebraska-Kearney which investigated the economic impact of whitewater features in Kearney, Nebraska.
